Wealth Logic Uploader: Terms of Service

1. Who may use it. Wealth Logic Uploader is a private tool. Only the owner of the Wealth Logic YouTube channel (@wealth_logic_daily) is authorised to use it.
2. What it does. It uploads videos the owner produced to the owner's own YouTube channel and sets their thumbnails, through YouTube API Services.
3. YouTube Terms. Use of the app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). By using the app you agree to be bound by them.
4. Content responsibility. The channel owner is responsible for every video published through the app, including compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright law, and applicable disclosure rules, such as the altered or synthetic content label when it applies.
5. Privacy. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
7. No warranty. The app is provided as is, for personal use, without warranty of any kind.
